Job Title: Property Maintenance Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Leader to join our team at GS2 | B Corp™. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead high-impact maintenance and repair services across London and Hertford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5-6 direct reports and approximately 35 indirect reports, overseeing reactive repairs and voids management.
- Develop and implement strategic improvements in property maintenance, driving performance enhancements and cost savings.
- Lead collaboration with third-party contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
About You:
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale reactive repairs, maintenance, and estate services within social housing.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering high-quality customer service in complex environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, inspiring teams to achieve ambitious targets.
What We Offer:
