About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Development and Optimization to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of our pricing and efficiency capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap Development: Evolve the product roadmap involving writing user stories, managing the backlog, and prioritizing features.
  • Product Development: Work as part of a wider product team, with a culture for shared goals, helping where appropriate as the need arises.
  • Product Documentation: Understand and demonstrate all the features of the product to different audiences within and outside of the immediate product team.
  • Product Performance: Be accountable for the performance and adoption of the product and work towards increasing it.
  • Agile Mindset: Demonstrate an understanding of the Product Management lifecycle, product delivery process, and the importance of an Agile mindset to discover, design, define, develop, and deliver small increments of the most important opportunities that will drive growth and value for the product.
