We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Product Management team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our products by identifying and documenting requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to design and execute business acceptance testing, and support workarounds to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Manage colleague help tickets, providing timely feedback to tier 1 agents, end users, and product teams to drive product improvements.
- Support Product Managers by attending meetings and liaising with relevant teams to ensure work plans are understood and requirements are gathered.
- Review or write test scripts, feeding back any gaps or opportunities for improving ways of working.
- Carry out structured and ad hoc testing, raising defects on JIRA, and understanding root cause of issues identified to put improvements in place.
- Champion the landing of product changes by writing, maintaining, and updating colleague help guides, executing manual workarounds, and gathering feedback from end users.
- Good planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of product management and life cycle, document writing, and confident use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
