Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, providing personalized advice and support to help them develop skills and secure employment.
  • Develop and implement action plans to help clients overcome challenges and improve their job readiness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers to promote inclusive practices and support client integration into the workforce.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure their needs and strengths are recognized and accommodated in the workplace.
  • Assess needs through consistent interactions with clients, families, and support groups, offering a comprehensive approach.

  • Someone with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with adults with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.
