Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Matchtech, where you will be responsible for designing and managing highway engineering projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of highway design principles and practices, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Designing and managing highway engineering projects, including conducting site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Preparing detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in highway engineering, with a strong understanding of design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
