We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. This rewarding role involves providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues across England.
Role Requirements- Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or healthcare.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues, be empathetic and compassionate, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
Salary Information
The salary for this position is approximately £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
