We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team at AWE Plc.
Location: Initially based in the UK, with the opportunity to relocate to France for an assignment of up to 5 years.
Package: Competitive salary starting from £35,030, plus allowances and a relocation package to France.
Job Summary: As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and stakeholders. You will work closely with our teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement safety protocols, and provide guidance on environmental best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to mitigate potential hazards
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address environmental concerns
- Provide guidance on health, safety, and environmental best practices
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HSE roles, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
