Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and align requirements with business goals.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze and map current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Maintain data mapping and develop a comprehensive Data Dictionary.
- Process Support: Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps adoption, and hybrid SDLC definition, leveraging ITIL, TOGAF, and SWOT analysis.
- Communication and Collaboration: Create clear documentation, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with development and test teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Analytical Support: Conduct gap and impact analyses, support business cases, and feasibility studies.
- Documentation Management: Develop and maintain documentation standards and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on requirements gathering and process documentation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and process mapping tools.
- Certifications: CBAP or CCBA preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
