This role requires a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT spend processes, with expertise in overseeing the entire IT procurement lifecycle and successfully managing large-scale IT procurement projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategic procurement plans that drive value and innovation.
