Lead Support Worker

As a Lead Support Worker at ivolve Care and Support, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery
  • Manage attendance, annual leave, and absences, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Plan rotas to meet service standards, ensuring adequate staffing levels
  • Assess and support your team to deliver outstanding quality care every day
Requirements:
  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
