Location: Hybrid - remote with 2x days on-site in the Midlands

Type: Full-time / Contract

About the Role

iO Associates is working with a forward-thinking digital healthcare consultancy who service the NHS on EPR Transformations. They are looking for 2x Epic Data Analysts to join their skilled team on a hybrid basis (remote with 2x days on-site in the Midlands). Contract and permanent opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse, interpret, and manage healthcare data within Epic's modules to support clinical and operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Epic tools like Cogito and Caboodle
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the Epic system
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions
Requirements
  • Epic certification is required
  • Strong experience in Epic reporting tools like Cogito and Caboodle is highly desirable
  • Experience working with large healthcare datasets and understanding of healthcare workflows
  • Proficient in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and security
