We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Hospitality team as a Hospital Services Assistant (Pantry) on a full-time or part-time permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients on our wards, assisting with menu options, and ensuring refreshments are regularly available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Catering team in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained.
- Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a positive and welcoming experience for patients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Care, Hospitality, or Retail industry.
- Ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative, with a positive and flexible approach to customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including some weekends, and accommodate a variety of shifts.
