About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to support adults with learning disabilities and autism at our Huntingdon Community Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage a community-focused café, creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to attract and engage the community.
  • Create a supportive environment for trainees, ensuring effective service delivery and providing necessary support for skill development.
Requirements
  • Experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in community engagement.
  • Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions quickly.
  • Patience and understanding for individuals with diverse needs.
