About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, finances, and medication
  • Encourage social participation and engagement in local community activities
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement individualised support plans
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless support
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a support worker role or similar
  • Ability to work with individuals with challenging behaviour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced PVG disclosure required
