Key Responsibilities:- Deliver targeted intervention sessions to groups of students in KS1 or KS2
- Support students in achieving their learning goals in core subjects
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and strategies to meet individual needs
- Track and assess student progress, providing feedback to staff and parents
- Help build students' confidence and enthusiasm for learning
- Hold QTS or equivalent
- Have good teaching experience in a primary school setting
- Have high expectations for learning and behaviour
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment
- Previous experience with intervention programs is desirable but not essential
