About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support primary school students in their learning. This role focuses on delivering targeted interventions for both lower ability and higher ability pupils to help enhance their academic performance and overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and support lower ability and higher ability pupils in their learning, developing personalized intervention plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Implement structured interventions for individuals and small groups to improve literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students, adjusting strategies as needed in collaboration with teachers to ensure effectiveness.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes participation from all students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate findings effectively with teachers and parents.
