About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Nurse-led care team in the Penkridge area.

As a Care Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals with complex needs, including cerebral palsy, PEG feeds, medication, and other complex requirements.

Working hours are available in days and nights, with a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme provided to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role.

We are looking for individuals with excellent people skills, great communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Requirements
  • No experience needed, but carers must understand complexity
  • Must have a meet and greet with the family
  • Must be okay with dogs
