About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encourage individuals to participate in activities and engage with their local community

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with autism and challenging behaviors
