Marketing Manager Job Description

At ECS Resource Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing lead generation and revenue-driven marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of the marketing strategy across various channels, including social media, website, CRM, awards, and events.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure strategy alignment and seamless execution.
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital advertising, SEO optimisation, and personalised customer engagement.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

• Drive LinkedIn strategy, including organic content creation, paid ad campaigns, and employee advocacy to meet KPIs.
• Execute paid LinkedIn campaigns by boosting top-performing organic posts and implementing ad targeting strategies.
• Support marketing executive with SEO improvements for the company website, enhancing traffic and engagement metrics.

Customer Retention & Engagement:

• Develop strategies for customer segmentation and personalised marketing, using CRM data to drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Oversee event planning, such as hosting annual customer events and private dining experiences to improve customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field desirable.
• Experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in B2B industries like Hospitality or Retail.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, MOZ).
