About the job
We're looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Payroll Service team at Moorepay. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice on employee benefits, ensuring our clients receive the support they need to manage their benefits packages effectively. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, while your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have experience working in employee benefits, preferably in a similar role, and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. You'll also require proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
