About the Opportunity

Gunnersbury Park Development is seeking a Community Engagement Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of community engagement professionals, developing and implementing initiatives to enhance visitor engagement and experience.

This role requires close collaboration with the Commercial Team to identify opportunities and preserve the park's accessibility and community appeal.

The Community Engagement Supervisor will lead the transformation of the Visitor Services Team, expanding beyond museum services to fully leverage the estate's heritage and diversity of attractions.

Key responsibilities include fostering a supportive environment for volunteers, collaborating with the volunteer manager to advance our volunteer program, and achieving Investing in Volunteers accreditation.

Predicted salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
