Educational Psychology Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an Aspiring Educational Psychologist to join a forward-thinking primary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate looking to make a positive impact and gain hands-on experience in a school setting.
This role offers the chance to work alongside qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists, providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with an empathetic and patient nature when supporting students.
The salary for this position is approximately £21,000-£26,500 per year, based on a 39-week contract. This reflects the competitive market rate for similar roles in the London area.
About You:
- You hold a First-Class or 2:1 Psychology degree from a top 20 UK University.
- You have experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
- You possess excellent communication skills, with an ability to de-escalate situations and provide emotional support to students.
