Role Overview

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking experienced professionals to fill various roles within Adult Social Care, including Commissioning & Brokerage Officers, Commissioning & Contract Managers, Quality Assurance Professionals, Programme & Transformation Managers, and Heads of & Leaders of Departments.

The ideal candidates will have expertise in commissioning priorities for older people residential and domiciliary care, social care housing, learning disabilities provision, mental health, market oversight, and quality assurance of commissioned services.

We are looking for skilled individuals who can drive forward the adult social care agenda and lead teams in implementing their flagship commissioning plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning and contracting with service providers
  • Developing and implementing commissioning strategies
  • Managing budgets and contracts
  • Liaising with stakeholders and partners
  • Evaluating and improving service quality

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, business administration)
  • Proven experience in commissioning and contract management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
