Collections Resolution Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Collections Resolution Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for working with customers who are experiencing difficulties making payments, using your strong communication skills and empathy to understand their individual circumstances and find suitable solutions.

This role requires a natural problem-solving approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You will have the opportunity to signpost customers to wider support services and work with external partners to help put plans in place.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for giving great advice, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
