Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic quality lead to oversee our quality management initiatives in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will develop and implement a Quality Management Framework aligned with the Lincolnshire County Council Framework, providing training and support on the Quality Framework to onboard staff teams across Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM systems, ability to develop and implement quality systems, collate and analyze data, and make recommendations for performance improvement. They will also possess excellent written, analytical, listening, and verbal communication skills, as well as experience planning and delivering workshops, building positive relationships with colleagues, and networking with agencies.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive quality management initiatives and contribute to the growth of Carers First. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring strengths and areas for improvement across Lincolnshire, developing and implementing quality systems, and ensuring that all staff teams are adequately trained and supported.
