**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated Insider Threat Risk Manager to join our Cyber team at Worldpay.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our data protection strategy meets both compliance and technical standards.

About the Team

You will work with a team dedicated to identifying, assessing, and mitigating both insider and adversarial threats to protect sensitive information and maintain the integrity of Worldpay systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build risk models to identify patterns of user noncompliance and strategies to detect, respond to, and mitigate insider threats effectively.
  2. Work with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to understand the organization's data risk profile and adversaries, then put in place detections and policies to prevent exfiltration.
  4. Implement technologies such as data loss prevention (DLP), User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) to proactively identify insider threats and anomalous behaviors.
  5. Drive cultural change within the organization to foster a proactive approach to insider threat management and cybersecurity awareness.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cyber security, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  2. Previous experience as part of an insider threat, information security, data protection, or other risk-based team preferred.
  3. Working knowledge of global legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to insider threat management/data protection.
  4. Experience with information security tools such as SIEM, DLP, Endpoint, UEBA, and data exfiltration detection techniques.
  5. Knowledge of security and access management concepts such as network protocols, secure design, access controls, encryption, data protection, privileged access, etc.
