We are seeking a Psychology Graduate or experienced SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students with complex needs in Hitchin. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in mental health and working with students with SEMH needs.

Key Qualities:

  • A commitment to understanding and addressing the unique learning and behavioural needs in an SEN setting.

This role offers hands-on experience supporting children with SEMH needs. Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
