Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Coordinator to join our team in Lathom, UK. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and Architectural UK & Ireland for the order fulfillment process.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader in glass manufacturing. You will be responsible for processing and communicating customer demands to the order fulfillment chain in a cost-effective timely manner and ensuring all issues are brought to a speedy resolution.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Promote excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and build vital relationships with internal and external customers.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet demanding deadlines.
- Identify and action issues in a timely manner and utilize SAP to streamline processes.
- Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
