Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a high-end or holistic setting
  • Massage therapy qualification or equivalent
  • Ayurveda or holistic therapies experience is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work evenings and weekends
