Commercial Finance Broker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to join our client's fast-growing finance division. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients to purchase, expand, or re-finance their businesses by arranging commercial mortgages.

This is a target-driven position that requires proven experience and knowledge of dealing with commercial mortgages to customers. You will be rewarded with an excellent commission structure and the opportunity to work with a successful and growing commercial property business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to identify suitable solutions for clients
  • Sources and presents debt facilities to clients
  • Works to fulfill both company and individual business development plans
  • Generates business from the company's database of registered business purchasers and existing operators
  • Develops close working relationships with company colleagues to maximize referral opportunities and reciprocal business
  • Maintains ongoing contact with prospective clients to ensure the company is forefront in their minds for any business finance opportunity
  • Prepares and submits quality applications for finance on behalf of clients
  • Identifies and develops relationships with active lending institutions
  • Plans, manages, and executes multiple ongoing assignments while ensuring tight deadlines are met
  • Operates in line with FCA Guidelines
  • Maintains professional expertise through course attendance, reading of financial journals, and further training in line with CF CPD requirements
  • Understands and embeds Treating Customers Fairly principles within the work
