Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Planning and Events Executive to join our team at Cunard. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating operational activities, including in-port functions, high-profile events, and travel agent group bookings for the Cunard fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming event enquiries from internal and external clients, ensuring all clients understand the services on offer.
  • Develop and maintain the yearly event planner to highlight all on-board activity scheduled on each ship.
  • Create event proposals that fit client requirements.
  • Support seasonal planning and other ad-hoc Guest Experience activities.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and effective communicator who can provide great customer service and has strong administrative skills. You will be a problem solver who can work well under pressure and as part of a team.
