About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and security-conscious individual to join our team as a Contractor Escort. As part of the security team, you will be responsible for assisting with the safety and security of the establishment, escorting visitors and building contractors, and performing gate duties within the prison and outside areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort contractors, visitors, and vehicles in and around the prison, ensuring that no unauthorized persons or items enter the establishment.
- Ensure that any tools brought into the prison by tradesmen are also taken out, as tools going missing in any prison environment is unacceptable.
- Be security conscious and able to challenge potential compromises and risks.
- Be reliable and consistent, level-headed, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
Full training is provided by the establishment/department, which is fully paid for. A security check on yourself will be carried out, which can be done fairly quickly and should allow you to start within 2 weeks, depending on your own situation.
Working Hours:
You will work Monday-Thursday, 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm.
