About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting businesses with local haulers to provide affordable waste collection and disposal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls daily to businesses to upsell our services using a simple pitch.
  • Maintain a 40% activity rate by making a minimum of 100 call minutes/day.
  • Contact leads provided by the company and engage with them until you connect with a decision-maker.
  • Convince clients to switch their waste management service to us, who covers the termination fee.
  • Utilize Hubspot as a CRM tool to manage client information.
  • Participate in a 2-week training program.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Steady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills: You're a natural conversationalist and effective closer.
  • Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $3/hour.
  • Incentives: $150 for every closed sale - uncapped.
  • Retention bonus.
  • Shifting schedule, must be amenable to work during US Business Hours.
