Community Pharmacist Opportunity

Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Community Pharmacist to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, and working closely with the GP surgery to ensure seamless care.
Key details of the role include:
- Location: Surrey
- Estimated salary: £29 - £35 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Role Type: Locum
- Duration: 2-3 months (immediate start)
- Working Hours: 3, 4, or 5 days per week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
As a Locum Community Pharmacist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing and checking prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Providing expert medication advice and consultations to patients
- Overseeing stock control and medication management to ensure high standards of patient care
- Liaising with the GP surgery to provide seamless care and support
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff supervision and training
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- GPhC registration as a pharmacist
- Experience in community pharmacy settings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
