Year 3 Teacher Opportunity

We are working with an outstanding 2-form entry Primary School in the BA3 area of Somerset who are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to cover a maternity leave.

This school aims to provide an exceptional education across the curriculum, encouraging children to be enthusiastic and confident in their learning.

The school has a lovely community and a well-resourced space that allows children to develop their love for evolving personally and educationally.

The Role

This position offers an opportunity for a KS2 Teacher to join a collaborative team of staff who work to provide the best possible learning opportunities for their pupils.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Plan engaging and fun lessons in collaboration with other Year 3 teachers.
  • Have a clear understanding of the KS2 curriculum and expectations.
  • Utilize positive behaviour management skills to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Plan activities both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Be enthusiastic about developing children socially, physically, and intellectually.
