Job Overview:

Xeinadin Group is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating employee benefits, including pensions, life assurance, and other welfare schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee benefits, including pensions, life assurance, and other welfare schemes.
  • Work closely with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits.
  • Maintain detailed records and a robust document control system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay informed about company policies and tax legislation impacting employee benefits, ensuring adherence and compliance.
  • Prepare reports and documents as needed for audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in employee benefits coordination, preferably within a practice environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
