About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Knowle, Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to develop their skills, achieve their life goals, and thrive in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Encourage and support service users to engage in activities, hobbies, and interests that promote their physical and mental health.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized support plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.

Requirements
