Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, standard office hours. As a Property Support Specialist, you will be responsible for
- Diary management, handling client enquiries, scheduling and co-ordinating meetings and appointments with clients and agents.
- Recording and managing client and agent data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Producing and distributing mail shots to promote our services and engage with clients.
- Managing search portals and alerts, and co-ordinating viewings with agents and clients.
- Creating client sites using photos and videos of viewings undertaken by our Consultants.
- Reviewing architectural plans for adaptations based on individual client needs.
- Assisting our Marketing team in promoting our services and selling our company and clients to agents.
- Networking with agents and clients to build long-standing relationships and expand our network.
- Serving as a point of contact and updating clients and stakeholders regularly.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Managing expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Liaising with our Architectural Team to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience within residential sales or lettings within estate agency, preferably.
- Good knowledge of legislation and regulations.
- Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
