Job Description:

The Client Account Manager role involves working closely with our Development and Sales teams to create specifications for new and existing clients in the Social Housing market. You will also be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key personnel within these organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing specifications for mixed tenure new build developments and planned refurbishment schemes
  • Working with Development and Sales Managers/Directors and Architects to meet clients' budgets
  • Developing relationships with key personnel within client organizations
