Job Title: Field-Based Plant Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field-Based Plant Engineer to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Field-Based Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients in the field
  • Install and repair electrical and mechanical systems on plant and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with plant and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of plant and equipment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in working with automotive electrics and plant equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clients in a professional manner
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with clients and colleagues
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to client sites
  • Knowledge of earth moving, quarry equipment, HGVs, public transport, buses, or coaches
  • Experience with vehicle safety measures and telematics systems
