Job Description:

The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in driving credible financial reporting across multiple countries, supporting projects, and process improvements to support Dexcom's long-term growth. You will be responsible for monthly closing of financial records, ensuring EMEA-wide reporting is well-coordinated, timely, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly closing of financial records across various companies and offices
  • Support internal and external audits for group and local statutory purposes
  • Develop and analyze recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with IT to support financial systems testing
  • Implement and maintain systems and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines and proper internal controls

What Makes You Successful:

  • Prior experience in a financial accounting role
  • US GAAP and/or IFRS reporting experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and Oracle or other major ERP system experience
  • Public company and SOX experience
