About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at Bella Italia. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves, are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Food and Equipment Delivery: Unload food and equipment deliveries and store them in the correct areas, supporting our chefs in their daily tasks.
  • Work Surface and Floor Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of work surfaces, floors, and walls to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Storage and Organization: Keep freezers, fridges, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organized, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are easily accessible.
