Senior Vehicle Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team at Firstbus. As a Senior Vehicle Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of vehicles at the highest standard, carrying out fault diagnosis, vehicle safety inspections, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
About the Role
- Maintain our fleet of vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring they are safe and reliable for our customers.
- Carry out fault diagnosis, vehicle safety inspections, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure the reliability of our public service vehicles.
About You
- A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering or vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to multi-skill within an engineering environment, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- An aptitude to develop others within the engineering team, with excellent communication skills.
