Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Account Executive Grocery, you will be responsible for driving availability and secondary placements of Red Bull products in the grocery channel. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring our sales and marketing plans to life.

Key account responsibility for approximately 20 regional grocery groups, influencing over 700 stores. Prioritize and manage coverage of key groups and stores to maximize opportunities within the territory.

Meet with area managers, regional buyers, and multiple site owners to ensure compliance of national head office agreements and agree discretionary sales drivers. Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including national account managers, category managers, and supply teams.

Work closely with our field sales agency sales representatives to align on store-level availability, merchandising, and visibility priorities to support regional agreements. Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and availability for all groups and stores.

Ensure all customer contacts and stores in the territory are visited as frequently as required, with a focus on scoping opportunities, building a contact matrix, and meeting with key stakeholders.

Sales Drivers

Maintain and increase availability of Red Bull products at both front-of-store (chilled) and back-of-store (ambient) locations. Ensure Red Bull has a fair share of space in both the soft drinks and overall sports and energy category in-store.

Agree incremental distribution of Red Bull products, maximizing the number of SKUs per store. Agree additional chilled placements of Red Bull products in-store, through either store-owned or Red Bull fridges.

Bring to life marketing initiatives with in-store execution and relevant point-of-sale (POS) materials, reflecting brand campaigns such as new product launches and consumer activations.

Increase in-store presence through visibility and awareness of the product, with a focus on merchandising and shelf placement.
