About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead a team of project managers and other essential staff to ensure project success.
  • Project Planning: Develop and define project goals, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and allocation of project budgets.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project progression.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management processes to effectively mitigate project risks.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project management within the generator or related industry.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: A Master's degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or CPD are highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects to completion. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
