Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ground Control. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations for an assigned programme of tree works in the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the environmental or utility sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Asana.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
