Join Our Finance Team

Choralis is a leading hospitality business with multiple sites in the UK, generating revenues in excess of £30m. We are seeking a part-qualified accountant to support our finance team in the preparation of the management accounts pack.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist the Financial Controller with the following tasks:

  1. Month-end and year-end accounting
  2. Cash flow forecasting and analysis
  3. Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance
  4. Financial reporting and variance analysis
  5. Assisting with budget preparation and review
  6. Profit and margin analysis
  7. Overseeing bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy
  8. Maintaining sales and payment accounts
  9. Ensuring trial balances are clean and accurate

The ideal candidate will be a AAT graduate, part-qualified finalist ACCA/CIMA studier, with at least 2-3 years of previous management accounting experience. They will be well-presented, confident, and outgoing, comfortable engaging with senior management and supporting the finance team with a range of accounting projects. Ideally, the candidate will be looking to qualify CIMA/ACCA and keen to gain all-round exposure to the preparation and presentation of the management accounts pack.
