About the Role:

As a Care & Support Worker at National Star College, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities living in our Matrixcare supported accommodation in Malvern.

The successful candidate will work alternate weekends, alternating between early shifts on Saturdays (7am - 2pm) and late shifts on Sundays (2pm - 9 or 9:30pm). You may also have opportunities to pick up overtime hours during the week to cover absences.

In this rewarding role, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits. You will work as part of a dedicated team of 12 staff members, providing personalized care and support to enable residents to pursue their interests and aspirations.

Requirements:
