Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Healthcare Support Professional to join our team in providing excellent care and support to patients in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with qualified clinical staff to deliver person-centered care that respects the dignity and individuality of each patient.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming, as well as engaging patients in activities to promote independence and well-being.
  • You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification in Care or a Level 2 qualification in Care with a commitment to undertaking the relevant Level 3 qualification on appointment to post.
  • Experience of working with older adults in a health/social care setting.
  • The ability to meet the travel requirements of the role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including ongoing support and supervision, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
