About the Role:You will be responsible for managing finances, shop floor workshops, process implementation, and risk reduction projects, gaining practical experience in these areas.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and management.
- Design and lead shop floor workshops to improve efficiency and implement lean principles.
- Develop and lead projects to change processes, utilizing Airbus' expertise and resources.
- Collaborate with the Environmental Health and Safety controller to drive health and safety related improvement projects.
- Participate in environmental projects and risk reduction initiatives, contributing to sustainability and risk minimization efforts.
